Reformer Flow is a full body Pilates class designed to build strength, stability, and control through smooth, intentional movement on the reformer. This class moves at a steady, flowing pace, linking exercises together to challenge the entire body while improving balance, mobility, and core strength.
This class is appropriate for all levels, with options and modifications offered throughout so you can move at the pace that feels right for your body. With a maximum of six reformers, our small group setting allows instructors to provide personalized guidance while the group moves together.
Expect thoughtful sequencing, supportive coaching, and a workout that leaves you feeling strong, connected, and energized.

Jump Board
This high-energy class uses the jump board to deliver low-impact, heart-pumping movement that strengthens your core, improves coordination, and supports bone density.
