The Somatic Breathwork Experience is a transformational experience that uses the breath as a tool to explore what is held in the body, creating a space for lasting emotional healing and mental clarity. This practice fundamentally moves one out of the thinking (suffering) mind and into the feeling (heart) body. Along with intentionally curated music, participants will be guided and held throughout the experience to safely release stored tension and access a deeper sense of peace. Brittany blends her background in Spiritual Psychology with this practice to provide a safe environment to release stress, reduce anxiety, improve sleep, open the heart and ENJOY life.
For this specialty class, please bring your own yoga mat along with any items that help you feel grounded and comfortable. Eye masks, bolsters, pillows, blankets, or any other supportive props are all welcome. We encourage you to create a cozy, personal space so you can fully relax into the breathwork experience.
