Meet Emily!!

Drawn to the connection of mind, body, and breath, Emily has been a dedicated student of yoga since 2008. Her personal practice progressed into 225 hours of training after completing her 200 hour YTT through Yogaworks with Christy Brown and 25 hour stand up paddle board YTT with SUP Yoga Center. Specializing in both Power and Slow Flow Vinyasa, Emily is deeply drawn to the grounding nature of the practice and hopes to share how yoga guides you home through all of the ebbs and flows of life; a returning to yourself. Her Vinyasa classes are alignment-focused and will integrate elements of strength training, deep connection, and meditation- all with a side of humor and fun! She believes in the power of good music to truly open the body and clear the mind to reach that coveted point of magic in your practice. Emily continues to be inspired and elevated by the practice of yoga, and can’t wait to assist you in uncovering all things possible on the yoga mat and beyond!

When not on her yoga mat, you can find Emily walking the forests of Marin or at a beach with her husband and daughter.
